Datagard Support Programs
Spheritec has introduced new support arrangements to assist those customers wishing to have “peace of mind” when it comes to their online backup service Datagard.
With our new Gold and Platinum support services you can be assured that the Spheritec Help Desk will regularly check the status of your backups as well as providing a pro-active approach should there be an issue. Other services such as priority response times are given to those customers on these support agreements. Below is an explanation on these support levels and the associated costs.
If you wish to sign-up for one of these services simply contact our Help Desk on 1300 130 110 stating your account name or username that appears on your Datagard invoice and the support level that you wish to sign up for.
Alternatively support can be offered on an ad-hoc basis. All ad-hoc or additional support charges will be evaluated on a case by case scenario.
